Yingxue Wang, Assoc. AIA
Yingxue graduated from Louisiana State University with a Master of Architecture degree in 2017. During her first year, she received the Faculty Design Academic Achievement Award from the School of Architecture. During her studies at LSU, she served as a research assistant of fabrication and became very familiar with design equipment such as 3D printers, laser cutters, and CNC machines. When she studied abroad in Rome, she not only immersed herself in European architecture and its history but also served as a graduate assistant who was responsible for program promotion and updates via social media. Before beginning her architectural studies at LSU, she received her Bachelor of Engineering from Zhejiang University of Science and Technology in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China.
Following graduation, Yingxue joined DNA Workshop. She has worked on commercial, residential, and multi-family projects. She is focused on producing construction documents, 3D models, and visualizing architecture by operating Building Information Modeling software (BIM).
