LaQuinton 'Q' Nimox, AIA, NOMA, LEED AP BD+C
Since joining DNA Workshop in June 2012, LaQuinton continues to grow as a designer and professional. He has overseen projects of various scales through all phases of design, from programming to construction administration and LEED documentation. LaQuinton graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Architecture from Louisiana State University. While at LSU, he also took advantage of two valuable semesters at the Washington-Alexandria Architecture Consortium (WAAC), Virginia Tech’s urban campus, which honed his eye for design and craftsmanship.
LaQuinton also places a great value on community involvement and sustainability, having been involved in several leadership positions with the local Baton Rouge Chapter of AIA and USGBC. When not in the studio, he has found time to volunteer on the Steering Committee for Baton Rouge Blues Festival and serve as a design critic at the LSU’s School of Architecture.
